We maintain a Trust Account with ASB Bank and ANZ Bank. Property matters transactions are done through CASTLEFINN LAW LIMITED and exclusively through its Trust Account.
THE TRUST ACCOUNT FOR PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE IS THROUGH
CASTLEFINN LAW LIMITED
The trust account is used to hold all monies of the client and on their behalf.
These monies are used for the purposes authorised by the client as they are the owners of this fund.
This ensures security of the client’s funds. The trust account is set up and run in accordance with the rules and regulations of the New Zealand Law Society. It is subject to audit by the New Zealand Law Society Auditor. The amount taken in advance from the client are kept in the trust account and can be used toward the disbursement/expenditure of that particular client.
